Chocolate and banana ice lollies

Need a way to cool off from the heat? These chocolate and banana ice lollies bring good vibes without any added nasties – and they’re deliciously moorish!

They make a perfect afternoon snack or healthy dessert, but make sure you make enough for everyone to have seconds. Plus, knowing this spread is better for you and the planet means you might find yourself reaching for an extra spoonful while making them!

Serves 4-6 (depending on the moulds you use)

Ingredients:

- 1 can of light coconut milk

- 2 tablespoons of Dark Chocolate Hazelnut Spread

- 2 teaspoons of honey/sugar-free syrup

- 1 ripe banana

Method:

- Place the coconut milk, chocolate spread, honey and banana into blender and whizz until smooth.

- Pour the mixture into the ice lolly moulds, filled almost to the brim.

- Freeze for at least 4 hours before taking them out and enjoying on a hot day!
