Dalgona Strawberry Whip

You may have seen the recipe for Dalgona (whipped) coffee but I’ve done one better. Just like the original, this only uses three ingredients and makes the perfect summer garden breakfast. Just like a milkshake, but even more delicious!

This fruity twist is a simple, tasty way to get a protein boost at any time of the day, especially after a sweaty workout. Also, with no caffeine, it won’t keep you up at night either.

Ingredients:

- 1/3 cup double or whipping cream

- 3 chopped strawberries (either defrosted from frozen or fresh)

- Fuel10K Strawberry Breakfast Drink 330ml

Method:

1. Add the cream to a bowl and use an electric whisk to mix until it forms peaks (or a hand whisk if you want to build upper-body strength!).


2. Gently mix in the chopped strawberries until combined.


3. In a large glass, pour the breakfast drink over ice and then spoon over the whipped mixture.


4. Stir in before enjoying in the sunshine!
