How to make your Instagram feed more sustainable

Written for The Planifull Food Co

Whether we love it or hate it, social media plays a huge part in our daily lives. From seeing what old school friends are doing, looking for recipe inspiration or taking part in a live workout, most of us spend more time than we care to admit online. But is there a way we can use some of this time for good?

It can be as simple as following the right people - friends who offer encouragement or strangers with a positive message to spread. Nowadays everyone on Instagram appears to be an expert, so we wanted to find people in the know and hear what they have to say on topics we care about.

Sustainability is very important to us, both as a company and as vegans. All of our pots are made from BPA-free and phthalate-free plastics which we hope you will reuse or recycle. Even our icepacks and boxes can be used to create a cool box!

At Plantifull, we’re not about perfection, just about making an effort and we think the following accounts share our messaging. Check out the list below to add some fact-backed sustainability into your daily feed.
